CO-OP LOCAL COMMUNITY FUND – OUR PROJECT FOR 2023

We’re delighted to let you know that we have been accepted for the next round of funding from the Co-op Local Community Fund which runs until October 2023. We are looking for funds to set up a Forest School Vibe to the Community Garden and purchase the following resources

• Magnifying glasses set
• Chalkboard number line
• Rustic Benches x 4
• Reading Room
• Table
• Bug Bunting
• Watering Cans
• Bug Hotel

The Forest School approach uses a woodland setting to allow a child-led learning environment, where many skills are introduced and honed over a period. It encourages exploration and curiosity, empowers children in the natural environment and encourages discovery, spatial awareness, and motor development.
