Kamelia Kids is a not-for-profit charity with an inclusive environment for all children including those with SEND. We are passionate about offering a nurturing, caring and stimulating learning experiences, with a particular focus on outdoor learning.
We have four rooms, each with their own garden and three sensory rooms. In addition, we have a Community Garden, Sensory Wellbeing Garden and Wildlife and Beach Garden, plus our own beach hut on Goring Beach and Beach School trained staff.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualised care and support for children with SEND.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers, providing open communication.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children .
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 early years qualification or a
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Years Teacher.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare.
- Good knowledge of child development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Contract type: Permanent, Part-time (25.5) or Full-time (38 hours)
Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
