Our Sensory rooms

We offer a unique model of support that meets children’s educational and developmental needs and ensures they can fulfil their potential.  Providing access to interactive and sensory equipment is essential to children’s development.

Rose Room

Our Rose room provides our babies with a calming sensory environment. This includes a black and white area, fibre optics, bubble tubes, treasure baskets and heuristic play.

Lavender Room with Magic Carpet

Our Lavender room contains the ‘Magic Carpet’ interactive floor projection system that takes learning, play and communication with children to an entirely different level.

It projects games and images that our children play with and control themselves. It is accessible to all children across the nursery regardless of ability, mobility and communication skills.

Primose Room

Our Primrose room provides our pre-school children with a quiet and calming environment to promote and support emotional regulation. In addition, it also provides a space for smaller group activities such as Early Talk Boost sessions.
