🌟 We Were at the Early Years & Childcare Careers Fair! 🌟

Last week we had a fantastic time attending the Early Years Education and Childcare Job Fair and Information Session hosted by West Sussex Children, Young People and Learning!

It was an inspiring morning where we:
✨ Met passionate individuals exploring careers in early years and childcare
✨ Connected with local employers and training providers
✨ Shared insights into roles that support children’s development from the very start of their learning journey
✨ Talked with people at all stages of their career — from those just considering a change, to those ready to take the next step

This event highlighted how rewarding and impactful early years careers can be. It was great to see so many people interested in making a difference in children’s lives and discovering what opportunities are out there! 💼👶📚
