We recognise the worrying effect that rising costs are having on everyone and we want to do as much as we can to share the burden by lending support to those we can.
Traditionally, in Britain in September and October we think about harvest. The community would bring in produce from the garden, the allotment or farm. This food was often distributed among the poor and senior citizens of the local community. We would like to invite you to provide any of the following dry goods, for us to pass on to Worthing Foodbank, only if you are able.
Presently, they are specifically needing:
• Tinned meat
• Fruit juice
• Tinned rice pudding
• Milk (UHT)
• Tinned fruit
• Coffee
• Custard
• Dog food
• Sugar
• Hot chocolate
We have a trolley inside the nursery to if you would like to help support Worthing Foodbank.
Thank you in advance.
